The spot silver market in china is still in a development stage .Since2010,the spot silver investment companies in many provinces have sprung up in several years, there are a plenty of various silver advertisements in the Internet and all kinds of rogue firms appear everyday, Meanwhile, spot silver market is in mess including Chinese financial market as a result of the lack of supervision and restrain of related laws. Perfecting the regulatory systems and relevant laws has become an urgent matter .According to analyze the mess finding an appropriate way to improve is significant for both spot silver market and investors.
