WP-13发动机结合环工装设计 摘 要 随着社会的发展，人们在生活中接触到的机械用品也变得越来越多，对产品的要求程度也越来越高。夹具与机械制造息息相关，是机械制造行业不可缺少的加工工具，其直接影响着产品的质量、生产率、经济性及工人的劳动强度等一系列因素。为了准确的确定机床、工件和刀具之间的距离，以此来保证工件的加工精度，减小人工操作时产生的误差，让工件达到要求的规格，就必须使用夹具。本文主要研究了WP-13发动机结合环的工装设计，涡喷13发动机主要用于歼7飞机上，其重要性不言而喻。其结合环是WP-13发动机中联接加力燃油泵调节器部件与操纵盒部件的快卸卡匝，以便快速装配及分解。文中分析了结合环重要尺寸及表面精度要求，分析了重点工序，设计了该零件工序中所需的铁床专用夹具，钻床专用夹具这两套专用夹具。设计该两套专用夹具的方案，通过分析比较确定出最佳的方案，并画出夹具草图、部分零件图和夹具装配图，同时对定位基准及定位精度计算分析。本次设计力图在满足加工要求的前提下，提高工件的生产率、经济性、稳定性，降低工人的劳动强度，使夹具结构简单，操作方便，并有良好的结构工艺性和使用工艺性。 关键词：结合环，夹具设计，精度分析 WP - 13 engine ring tooling design Abstract：With the development of the society, people in life come into contact with mechanical products more and more, also more and more high to the requirement of the product.
