笔记本电脑机身外壳凸凹模具设计与加工 摘要 随着社会的不断发展，人民生活水平的逐步提高，各种各样的工业产品出现我们的眼前，以此来满足我们日常生产和生活的需要。其中，在日常生活中我们大家最常见到的就是塑料制品了。塑料的生产和加工需要经过很复杂的成型工艺。顾名思义，塑料制品就是以塑料为主要原材料加工而成的生活用品或者工业用品。塑料的成型工艺是生产和加工塑料制品的基础。塑件的成形种类很多，其中以塑料模塑成形为主，如挤出模塑、压缩模塑、注塑模塑等。它们的共同特点就是利用塑料的成型模具来制造符合要求的塑料产品。而注塑成型的关键在于模具的设计，它在一定程度上影响着模具的优劣好坏。 对于模具的设计与制造技术，传统的方法已无法满足现代社会发展的需要，新的技术正在逐步取代旧的技术。其中最为重要和最具代表性的就是利用UG软件对塑料模具进行设计。UG是目前世界上最普及和最重要的三维CAD/CAM系统的软件之一，Moldwizard是UG软件中的一个外挂模块，即我们所说的注塑模向导，它可以模拟我们传统的方法流程来进行设计，只要把三维模型做出来，就可以实现与产品参数相关的模具，从而在我国模具设计行业获得广泛应用。 UG的加工模块是整个系统的一部分，我们把产品零件的三维模型加载进去，它就可以模仿真实的加工过程进行加工，最终生成刀具轨迹。数控行业里有很多编程软件，但我认为UG CAM是最有代表性的，它的很多优点是其他软件不能做到的。 关键词：注塑成型，实体建模，模具设计，数控编程 Abstract With the development of the society and the improvement of peoples living standards, the emergence of all kinds of industrial products to meet our needs.Among them，plastic products is one of the most common and important industrial products, it was based on the plastic as main raw materials and articles for daily use and industrial supplies. Plastic molding process is the foundation of production and processing plastic products.
