Methods: Make use of the equipment in physical test center of Wenzhou Medical College to test 08\09 level male students. The test has 6 items, including height, weight, vital capacity, standing long jump and power of gripping. By visiting experts and my understanding of the college students’ extracurricular sports activities in my several years’ college life, design a questionnaire survey of Wenzhou medical college students’ extracurricular sports activities. Results: Overall male students’ physical health is not good, the percentage of normal weight is too small, compared with overweight and obesity, lighter weight and poor nutrition phenomenon is more serious. Vital capacity level needs to be improved, cardiorespiratory index is not optimistic, the explosive force and power both need to strengthen.
