双色圈圈波纹复合花式纱线产品开发和工艺研究 李抗 摘要：复合花式纱线是多种原料、多种色彩和多种结构形态相组合的产品,具有较高的附加值。此类产品能大大改善织物表面易产生条、斑等疵点的现状,使织物外观立体感强,花式变化无穷,应用效果得到较大改善,是当前花式纱线领域的流行趋势。生产复合花式纱线,对花式纱线生产设备的要求较高,需要设备具有强大的功能和一流的技术,我国在花式纱线产品及其生产设备开发方面均存在不足,本课题尝试在从国外新引进的具有领先技术水平的INNOVA花式捻线机上开发复合花式纱线,目的是运用机器的先进功能开发出具有独特风格效果的复合花式纱线,增加了复合花式纱线的品种,这一品种同时有多种色彩和多种花型的变化,用作开发手工编织面料的纱线素材。 关键词:复合花式纱线 圈圈纱 波纹纱 工艺优化 新品开发 Double color circle corrugated compound fancy yarn product development and product development and process research likang Abstract: the composite fancy yarn is a variety of raw materials, a variety of colors and a variety of combined structure form of the product, has the high added value.
