This paper discusses the causes of the different regional economic difference, and according to the research results give thecorresponding solution. In this paper,the author firstly learn from the former scholars research of economic development in different regions in Henan Province and know the economic development and problems According to the advantages of selection of difference research index researchers reference and supplement at the same time, according to author’s understanding ofthe economic differences and weigh the representative and comprehensive index of selected factors considering the industrial structure, per capita GDP, employees, assets investment, consumption and other aspects inseveral people. The final method by principal component analysis of influence degree of the selected factors on the regional economy, and according to the results of Henans economic balanced development put forward some suggestions and countermeasures
