DWI联合VIBE技术在前列腺病变中的临床应用价值 蒋春峰 （南通市通州区人民医院放射科, 江苏 南通 226300） 【摘要】目的 探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)联合三维容积内插快速扰相GRE(VIBE序列)动态增强技术在前列腺病变中的应用价值. 方法 选取2010年9月份至2013年12月份因前列腺病变就诊于我院的患者82例,回顾性分析患者的磁共振检查的临床资料.所有患者均在常规扫描的基础上进行DWI序列及VIBE动态增强扫描,比较A组(DWI)、B组(VIBE)以及C组(DWI、VIBE联用)在前列腺疾病中的检出率、定性率、及定性准确率,同时比较前列腺增生和前列腺癌的ADC值,并进行统计学分析. 结果 C组可以将病变定性的比例为90.2%,定性准确率89.1%,均明显于其他两组,前列腺增生在b=800s/mm2时ADC平均值为1.352±0.238,前列腺癌在b=800s/ mm2时ADC平均值为0.835±0.287.以上P均小于0.05.结论 磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)联合VIBE技术能够显著提高前列腺病变的检出率及定性准确率,有很高的临床应用价值. 【关键词】 磁共振扩散加权成像; DWI;VIBE动态增强技术;前列腺病变; Clinical Value of Magnetic Resonance Diffusion-weighted Ima ging( DWI )combined with VIBE Technology in Prostate Disease JIANG Chun-Feng (Department of radiology in Tongzhou District peoples Hospital of Nantong, Nantong226300,CHINA) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) combined with three-dimensional volumetric interpolated fast spoiled GRE (VIBE sequence) value of dynamic enhancement techniques in prostate disease. Methods from 2010 September to 2013 December for 82 cases of prostate disease in our hospital were retrospectively MRI analysis patients.
