管理转型及其思想特点 蔡 茂 生 （广东技术师范学院管理学系教授，广东 广州 510665） 〔摘　要〕当今经济社会转型过程正在引发一个新的管理转型问题。因为传统战略决策的基础与条件发生了重大变化，现行的组织结构形态和管理机制存在诸多不能适应新环境的方面。经济全球化和知识经济背景下管理转型的主要方向是从效率中心到人文价值中心的管理理念的转型、从工业经济的管理形态向知识经济的管理形态的转型、由企业内部向外部以至全球范围的延伸的管理空间范围的转移、从硬性组织向柔性组织和虚拟组织转变的管理组织的转型。转型管理思想的特点是创新性、融合性、动态性。 〔关键词〕经济转型 管理转型 动态融合 Managing Transformation and Its Ideaistic characteristics Cai Maosheng ( Department of Management ,Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, Guangzhou 510665 Guangdong, China ) Summary: The economic society transformation process is causing a new management transformation problem nowadays.Because the foundation and condition of the traditional strategic decision took place the graveness variety, the current organization structure appearance and the management mechanism the existence is many and cant adapt the aspect of the new surrounding.The economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy background descend the main direction of the management transformation the management appearance of the economy from the efficiency center to the transformation of[with] management principle of the humanities value center and from the industry to the transformation of the management appearance of the knowledge-based economy,from the business enterprise inner part outwardly department with go to global scope of extension of the management space scope transfer and organize from the rigidity to gentle the organization organizes the transformation that the management of the change organize and conjecture.The characteristics of the transformation management thought is an innovation,fusion,dynamic state. Key words: Economical Transformation Managing Transformation Dynamic Amalgamation 世界经济在向知识经济时代迈进，经济全球化进程在深入，这同时意味着剧烈的经济转型到来，经济的转型必然引起管理的转型。本文试对经济转型过程中所引起的管理转型及其特点作一探讨。 一、经济转型过程中引发的管理转型问题 管理活动作为人类活动特别是生产活动的合理组织方式，是由各个时代物质财富的获得方式，或者说经济活动的本质特征所决定的。创造物质财富的经济活动的每一次重大变革，必然引起管理活动的重大变革。纵观人类历史，随着农业取代狩猎和采集业成为社会经济的主角，围绕土地资源的配置和有效利用的农业管理方式是漫长农业社会的管理模式。工
