提高早孕建卡率的措施 　　[摘要] 目的 加强孕产期系统管理，降低孕产妇和围产儿的患病率，死亡率，预防出生缺陷，提高产科质量。方法 按产妇综合信息――现居地查询2011年、2012年、2013年我镇3年微博软件中早孕建卡情况，并对年龄、孕产史、户籍等影响早孕建卡因素进行分析。 结果 近3年，早孕建卡率每年均较上年有很大的提高。孕妇20～30岁早孕建卡率相对较高，随年龄的增加早孕建卡率却下降，但大于35岁高危孕妇，早孕建卡率又有所上升;孕产史增加，早孕建卡率下降;常住人口的早孕建卡率比流动人口高;第一胎早孕建卡率较第二胎、第三胎高。 结论 通过多渠道多部门的努力，早孕建卡率是可以提高的。 　　[关键词] 本地早孕建卡率;孕妇年龄;胎次;户籍;宣教程度;告知书 　　[中图分类号] R173 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）02-148-03 　　Measures to improve the rate of teenage pregnancy Jianka 　　WANG Chunqin 　　Department of Womens Health， Haian County Qutang Town Community Health Service Centers， Haian 226600， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To strengthen the management of maternal system， to reduce maternal and perinatal morbidity rates， mortality rate， and prevent birth defects， improve the quality of obstetrics. Methods In 2011， 2012， 2013， my town for 3 years in Weibo software according to maternal comprehensive information of current place of residence were queryed. The Jianka factors of age， maternal history and Household register were analyzed. Results Nearly three years， the rate of teenage pregnancy Jianka both have greatly improved on the previous year. Pregnant women 20 to 30 pregnancy Jianka rate was relatively high， with the increase of age， after pregnancy Jianka rates have declined， but more than 35 years old high-risk pregnant women， pregnancy Jianka rate has risen again. Increased maternal history of pregnancy Jianka rate decline. The population of permanent residents of the pregnancy Jianka rate was higher than the floating population. The first pregnancy Jianka rate higher than that of second and third child.
