输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石临床体会 　　摘要：目的 对输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床治疗效果予以探讨。方法 随机选取我院2011年9月～2014年9月收治的输尿管结石患者278例，将其随机均分为两组，对对照组患者应用体外冲击波碎石术开展治疗，对观察组患者应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术开展治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 对照组患者的一次性碎石成功率为69.78%，观察组患者的一次性碎石成功率为93.52%，具有明显的差异，且P0.05。结论 在为输尿管结石患者开展治疗的过程中，应用输尿镜气压胆道碎石术开展治疗，具有良好的临床治疗效果，值得在临床应用中推广。 　　关键词：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石；输尿管结石；临床治疗体会 　　Abstract：Objective The clinical treatment effect of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi to be discussed.Methods 200 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital from 2011 September to 2013 September between the cases，which were randomly divided into two groups，control group were treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy intreatment，the observation group of patients with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy to carry out treatment， comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients the.Results The control group of patients with the success rate of lithotripsy was 69.78%，observationgroup of patients with the success rate of lithotripsy was 93.52%，with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion For patients with ureteral calculi in the treatment process，the application of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of biliary tract，has good clinical effect，worthy of promotion in clinical application. 　　Key words：Ureteroscopic lithotripsy；Ureteral calculi；Clinical treatment experience 　　泌尿结石在临床上比较常见，传统的开放性手术方法治疗过程中，创伤比较大，对患者的影响比较大，这使得其在临床上的应用越来越少，将输尿管镜气压弹道碎石应用于输尿管结石患者的治疗中，能够取得良好的临床治疗效果[1]。本文就主要对我院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的278输尿管结石患者的临床资料予以回顾分析，现报告如下： 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 本次研究中随机选取我院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的输尿管结石患者278例，将其随机均分为两组，分别作为对照组与观察组，其中对照组的139例患者中，包含有男性患者89例，女性患者50例，患者年龄25～70岁；观察组的139例患者中，包含有男性患者90例，女性患者49例，患者的年龄26～68岁，两组患者一般资料之间的差异不具备统计学意义，具有可比性。 　　本次研究中所选的所有患者都经过CT检查、B超检查、静脉尿路造影及腹部平片检查，确诊为输尿管结石。 　　1.2 方法 所有患者取截石位，经过尿道将输尿管置入到患者的膀胱中，在直视条件下，将输尿管镜上推到结石下侧，对结石的活动情况、结石的大小及患者输尿管黏膜的情况进行观察，在直视下行气压胆道碎石术，并将其前放轻轻触碰结石，在气压泵启动之后，应用连续的脉冲结合单个脉冲来将结石击碎，然后应用取石钳将碎石取出，并要将结石附近的粘连组织及息肉予以清除，最后为患者
