摘 要 中国正处在城镇化加速推进的进程中，一方面，城镇化的建设需要大量的劳动力，另一方面，农村由于生产效率的提高出现了规模庞大的剩余劳动人口，这必然导致农村人口向城市的流动。中国独特的城镇化道路产生了数量巨大的农民工群体和日益严峻的农民工问题，能否妥善安置城镇化发展过程中的农民工，合理解决农民工市民化问题，不仅关系中国城镇化的发展方向，也会影响地区稳定和社会秩序。因此，需要正视城镇化进程中的农民问题，通过政府主导、农民参与和市民解决三方相结合，群策群力共同解决中国城镇化发展过程中农民工市民化面临的各类障碍。 本文研究城镇化进程中农民工市民化问题，以人口迁移理论作为理论基础，探讨影响农民工向市民转变的各种因素，并对农民工现状进行调查分析，结合国内外已有的农民工市民化的经验和发展路径，通过运用规范与实证相结合、多学科综合交叉运用等研究方法，从外在制度不完善和内在文化不适应的系统角度探索我国农民工市民化的合理路径。本文共分六部分：第一部分，主要介绍了本文的研究背景和意义、国内外已有的研究情况，阐述研究内容和方法以及研究目的和框架；第二部分，相关概念界定，界定了“农民工”、“城镇化”、“农民工市民化”三个概念；第三部分，调查和分析了我国农民工的现状；第四部分，分析了城镇化进程中影响农民工市民化的因素，主要包括制度因素、社会因素和文化素质因素等，为后文的立论提供论据；第五部分，我国农民工市民化的实践模式与经验总结；第六部分，针对现实中存在的诸多问题及其原因，提出推动农民工市民化的相关结论及对策建议。 关键词：城镇化；农民工市民化；城乡二元制度；人口迁移 Abstract China is in the process of accelerating urbanization, on the one hand, urbanization construction requires a lot of labor, on the other hand, with the efficiency of agricultural production improving, there are large-scale surplus labor population in the rural area, which will inevitably lead to the migration of population from rural area to city. The unique way of China’s urbanization produced a sizeable population of migrant workers and the increasingly serious problem of migrant workers, the ability to make proper arrangements for migrant workers in the development process of urbanization, reasonably solve the problem of citizenship of migrant workers , not only relate to China’s urbanization development, also affect regional stability and social order. Thus, we need to face the farmers’ problems in the process of urbanization and solve all kinds of obstacles to the development process of China’ urbanization, through the combination of government-led, farmer and the public participation.
