食品安全应急处理机制 【内容摘要】 近年来，食品安全问题得到了较多的关注，但是作为食品安全重要组成部分的食品安全应急处理机制却长期滞后，影响了食品行业的健康发展，也引起了国民对于食品安全的担忧。如何促进食品行业安全健康的发展，提高食品安全应急处理机制水平，提出新的危机管理方式，建构一个相对完善的食品安全应急处理机制，已经成为了当前食品行业发展的重要内容和迫切需要解决的问题。 在本文中，以在中国食品安全应急机制为研究对象，对危机管理理论，公共管理和公共经济学中的公共决策，社会参与，中国的食品安全应急机制建设的研究现状，借鉴发达国家的先进经验，食品安全应急管理体系的机制，在应急机制分析食品安全问题提出了完善中国，中国食品安全应急响应和建议。力求为食品行业的健康发展和老百姓的食品安全献上一份力量，促使食品行业和国民经济朝着整体和谐的方向发展。 【关键词】 食品安全 应急处理机制 多元主体 Food safety emergency handling mechanism 【Abstract】 In recent years , food safety issues have been more concerned , but as a food safety emergency response mechanism an important part of food safety has long lagged behind , affecting the healthy development of the food industry, but also caused a national food safety concerns. How to promote safe and healthy development of the food industry to improve the level of food safety emergency response mechanism , proposed a new crisis management, to construct a relatively comprehensive food safety emergency response mechanism , has become an important part of the food industry and the development of the current urgent need to address problems.
