【摘要】 随着我国商业集群的不断发展，经济的高速增长，居民的消费水平的显著提高，城镇化进程的加快，道路交通的完善，私家车的普及，人们在购买商品时，越来越注重购物环境。随着商业集群的迅猛发展，购物中心逐渐受到开发商与投资商的青睐，成为商业集聚的主要形式之一。购物中心作为一个商业集合体，集购物、娱乐、休闲于一身。已然成为城市商圈的主力军。购物中心作为时下我国兼具规模经济优势、各业态之间的互补优势、全方位的综合性服务、吸引大量客流等诸多优势的一种商业形态。由于对我国购物中心缺乏系统的研究，同时，商业地产开发商缺乏专业的开发管理经验。导致我国的购物中心发展极不均衡，既有失败的案例，又有成功的经验。 本文首先介绍商业集群的含义，对于其概念加以界定并对我国商业集群的发展和现状作简要说明。接着介绍购物中心的定义，并针对购物中心在我国经济中的作用进行分析，探讨我国购物中心发展遇到的问题，并结合北京金源购物中心案例，针对存在的问题，找出适合的发展方向。得出相应的结论。 本文将根据我国现阶段商业集群现状以及购物中心发展问题， 购物中心对促进经济增长的贡献， 展开分析,探索研究适合我国购物中心的发展策略是极其重要，对购物中心在我国健康的发展,是十分重要而急迫的。 关键词：商业集群；购物中心；居民；GDP；消费；选址；管理；主题 【Abstract】 With the continuous development of Chinas commercial clusters, rapid economic growth, peoples consumption levels significantly increased, the acceleration of urbanization, the improvement of road traffic, the popularity of self-driving people to buy goods, more and more emphasis on shopping . With the rapid development of business clusters, shopping center developers and investors are increasingly popular, becoming one of the main forms of business concentration.
