Abstract The CT scan and MRI imaging are very important examination for the diagnosis of craniocerebral tumor . if necessarily，we can undergo enhancing examination，With the clinic presentation ，we can give the diagnosis. the therapy is difficult for the malignant tumor，such as glioma. The operation is the most important ，but not the therapy that is uniquely effective. The radiation therapy、chemistry therapy、gene therapy、and ultrasonic therapy et al，are all effective for craniocerebral tumor. You can choose one or more therapy from above. Choosing which therapy is mainly according to tumorous type. The tumor in the vertebral canal are the same as craniocerebral tumors.
