360对辊式压球机的设计 摘 要 目前我国工业型煤的生产工艺主要采用粉煤添加粘结剂低压成型,以往的研究主要集中在成型工艺和粘结剂方面,对成型机械的研究开发甚少。事实上,成型机械是型煤生产的关键设备, 国内大部分型煤厂采用有粘结剂的低压成型, 其工艺过程主要包括原煤的粉碎、配料,粘结剂、固硫剂等助剂的添加,混捏与成型,型煤烘干等,工艺冗长。再加上用电和设备的折旧、添加剂及人员工资,导致型煤的生产成本偏高,最终型煤价格与块煤相差无几,从而使型煤用户在经济上承受起来较为困难。所以本论文就是设计高压的成型机械，这样可以少用甚至不用粘结剂。 原煤不经过入洗而直接用于燃烧，不仅浪费能源，而且产生大量的煤烟和温室气体的排放发。采用清洁煤技术，是提高煤炭利用效率和减少污染的最佳选择。工业型煤成套技术就是其中一种比较成熟的方法,通过添加助剂对粉煤进行混捏成型,用作工业锅炉和窑炉的燃料,与直接燃烧散煤相比,烟尘排放量及SO2排放量都可以大量减少。所以无论是从可持续发展方面考虑还是从经济性方面考虑压块机的作用都是不可忽视的。 关键词：压块机，型煤，粘接剂，温室气体。 Twin roller compaction machine design of 360 type Abstract At present our country industrial briquette production technology using coal powder binder low pressure molding, previous studies mainly focus on the forming process and the binder, the molding machinery research development about.
