摘 要随着电子行业的不断发展,电子通信行业形成了三足鼎立的竞争格局,其中的集团客户在电信行业竞争的过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,企业中构建的好坏也就直接关系着企业的发展。但是,在现阶段联通企业运行及发展的过程中,企业人才流失成为制约企业运行及发展的关键因素。因此,文章将沈阳联通分公司企业人才流失的问题作为研究的重点,对其相关内容进行了探究及分析, 旨在提高企业人才储备能力,为运行提供有效的依据,并为企业竞争及优势性的发展奠定良好基础。 关键词:联通企业、人才流失、成因探究、问题分析 Abstract Along with the development of electronic industry electronic communications industry formed the three pillars of the competitive landscape.
