We can make a good use of distribution centers’ function by benefit of scale, and compress the total size of inventory in the whole of the supply chain greafly, aslo can reduce logistics’ s cost effectly and improve the customer-service by every member in the supply chain sharing their information and hand-in glove, it request every member in the supply chain act in the same time. Woods order point and ABC classification measures are traditional technique of inventory control, and there are some modern techniques of inventory control as vendor managed inventory ,joint-managed inventory, cooperat-program forecast and replenishment and so on. Setting and maintaining a rational inventory level to balance the venture and the lost from shortage of woods, and selting the problem of the shortage and the cost which were caused by too more inventory is what a corporation must to do with.
