辽宁科技大学毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE IV页 电子商务人才培养模式探讨 摘要 随着电子商务的快速发展，电子商务专业人才培养已成为国外人才培养的新焦点。文章结合我国电子商务人才培养的现状，对电子商务专业人才培养模式、专业课程体系等问题进行了探讨。电子商务专业是在计算机信息技术和互联网技术日新月异的背景下迅速成长起来的一个全新专业，它培养的人才应当既熟悉经济活动基本规律，又掌握了现代计算机信息技术；既具有先进的营销管理理念，又熟悉商务运作流程。目前,我国电子商务人才培养过程中存在的问题，结合我国电子商务人才培养的现状，对电子商务专业人才培养模式、专业课程体系等问题进行了探讨，改造现有电子商务相关专业为主的。 新的电子商务人才培养模式，探讨如何更有效地促进电子商务应用型人才的培养，为现代电子商务的快速发展提供高素质的专门人才。随着电子商务的快速发展，电子商务专业人才培养已成为国内外人才培养的新焦点。 关键词 电子商务；人才培养；模式；探讨 Abstract With the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce professional training abroad has become a new focal point for training qualified personnel.
