Analysis and Countermeasures about the Entrepreneurship Policy Environment of Wuhan 　　Abstract. Through the field survey to the citizens of Wuhan and the analysis of the entrepreneurial environment related factors， this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of entrepreneurship education and training in the aspects of improving the formulation of government affairs policy， building the influence of government policy， entrepreneurial environment to build awareness， enhancing the soft environment construction strengthening financial support. 　　Key words： Entrepreneurial environment； Entrepreneurial opportunities； Site survey； Policy recommendations 　　1 Introduction 　　The main force to promote the economic development of the entrepreneurial is the entrepreneurial behavior， and the main factors affecting entrepreneurial behavior are the entrepreneurial spirit， ability and entrepreneurial environment. The entrepreneurial spirit and the ability entrepreneurs are the basic entrepreneurial factors； they also need the key factors of the external entrepreneurial environment. 　　The so-called entrepreneurial environment means the variety of factors combined of the entrepreneurs conducts entrepreneurial activities and the entrepreneurial ideal process must face， it includes the general policy environment， entrepreneurship， financing environment， entrepreneurial culture and other environmental factors.
