The present report follows the analysis of European Union border control presented to the Human Rights Council in 2013. It will address persistent human rights concerns and examine the long-term feasibility of the European Union’s overall migration policy and the application of the Union’s founding values and regional human rights standards in relation to integration and diversity. Contents Paragraphs Page I.
