胆乐化瘀片的水提工艺研究 作者：童欢， 郭筠芳， 杨巨华 ， 董登贤， 夏忠祥 【关键词】 胆乐化瘀片；,,正交设计；,,水提工艺；,,绿原酸,,, 　　摘要：目的探讨胆乐化瘀片的水提工艺研究。方法在茵陈水提工艺研究中，以加水量，煎煮时间，煎煮次数为因素，各取3个水平，以干膏收率，绿原酸的含量为评价指标，进行L9（34）正交实验，筛选最佳工艺条件。结果最佳水提工艺为加8倍水，提取3次，1 h/次。结论该制剂水提工艺合理可行，有很好的重现性。 　　关键词：胆乐化瘀片； 正交设计； 水提工艺； 绿原酸 　　Study on the Water Extracting Technology of Danlehuayu Tablets 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the water extracting technology of Danlehuayupian Tablets.MethodsThree factors were selected in this water extraction process ,including the water volume,the time of decocting and the times of decocting.Eac
