肾炎2号防治IgA肾病大鼠的实验研究 作者：马红珍 张小云 何灵芝 【摘要】 ［目的］观察肾炎2号对IgA肾病大鼠的防治作用，并探讨其作用机理。［方法］使用口服和尾静脉注射牛血清白蛋白（BSA）的方法制作大鼠IgA 肾病模型，治疗组、对照组造模同时分别给予肾炎2号（15g/kg）和福辛普利（4.17mg/kg）至12周末。观察尿常规、24h尿蛋白定量、血常规、肝肾功能的变化及肾组织的病理改变。［结果］1.各组大鼠尿常规均未见红细胞。2.治疗组、对照组第7～12周末24h尿蛋白定量较模型组明显降低（Plt;0.01），但治疗组与对照组比较无显著的差别（Pgt;0.05）。3.各组血常规和肝肾功能相比无明显统计学差异（Pgt;0.05）。4.与模型组比较，治疗组大鼠肾组织系膜区IgA沉积减少；系膜基质、系膜细胞增生程度减轻，但治疗组、对照组相比无明显统计学差异（Pgt;0.05）。［结论］肾炎2号具有降低蛋白尿、抑制系膜区IgA沉积、减少系膜基质和系膜细胞增生的作用，与西药福辛普利相比无明显差异。 【关键词】 IgA肾病；肾炎2号；蛋白尿 　　Abstract: ［Objective］ To observe Nephritis II preventing and treating IgA nephritic rats, and explore its functional mechanism. ［Method］ Make IgA nephritic model with orally taking and tail vein injected with BSA; meanwhile respectively give the treatment and control groups Nephritis II（15g/kg） and Fuxinpuli（4.17 mg/kg）till the end of 12 weeks. Observe pathological changes of urine, 24h urinary protein, blood test, liver and kidney function and kidney tissue. ［Result］ 1.There’re no red cells in urine exam for all groups. 2.At the end of 7th～12th week, the 24h urinary protein quantity is much reduced in the treatment and control groups compared to the model group（Plt;0.01）， but no marked difference between treatment and control groups（Pgt;0.05）. 3.There’s no obvious difference on blood tests, liver and kidney functions among all groups（Pgt;0.05）. 4.Compared to the model group, in the treatment group, the IgA sediment is reduced in rats kidney membrane zone, with alleviated cell hyperplasia of membrane base and cell; but there’s no marked statistical difference between the treatment and control groups. ［Conclusion］ Nephritis II has such functions as reducing urinary protein, inhibiting IgA sediment of membrane zone, decreasing cell hyperplasia of membrane base and cell; There’s no marked difference compared to western medicine Fuxinpuli. 　　Key words: IgA nephritic disease; nephritis II; protein urine 　　IgA肾病（IgAN）是世界范围内常见的进展性的原发性肾小球疾病，诊断后每10年约有15%
