瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子 【关键词】 瘦素；肿瘤坏死因子 　　摘要： 目的 探讨脂肪细胞因子瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α在代谢综合征发病机制中的作用。方法 检测社区人群瘦素和肿瘤坏死因子α的血浆水平，采用Logistic回归分析，经过对年龄和性别的调整，研究瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α与代谢综合征的关系。结果 瘦素水平愈高发生代谢综合征的危险性愈大，瘦素与代谢综合征的关系受性别与年龄的影响，男性比女性对瘦素水平变化更为敏感，随年龄增长瘦素对代谢综合征发生的危险增大。肿瘤坏死因子α水平愈低发生代谢综合征的危险性愈大，其高水平的患病危险性是低水平的0538倍。结论 高瘦素性肥胖对代谢综合征的影响男性表现得更为明显，瘦素水平可以作为预测代谢综合征的指标，尤其在老年男性中更为有效。 　　关键词： 瘦素；肿瘤坏死因子α；胰岛素抵抗；代谢综合征 　　Effects of leptin and TNFα on metabolic syndrome 　　Abstract： Objective To discover the effects of the leptin and TNFα (tumor necrosis factoralpha) in the cause of metabolic syndrome.Methods The research includes testing on the level of leptin and TNFα in the blood of residents of a local community,analyzing the cause of metabolic syndrome in relation to leptin and TNFα through Logistic regression analysis by adjusting age and gender.Results The higher the leptin levels were,the higher risk metabolic syndrome was.The relationship between leptin levels and metabolic syndrome was affected by age and gender.Males were more sensitive to leptin than females.The effect of leptin on metabolic syndrome increased with the age.The lower the level of TNFα was,the higher risk metabolic syndrome was.The chances for residents with higher level of TNFα to suffer from disease was 0538 times of thos with lower level.Conclusion Obesity with high level leptin affects metabolic syndrome,especially males obsity.Leptin level can be used as an indicator in predicting metabolic syndrome.This method is especially effective to old male patients.It is necessary to do further research on thd biological mechanism of metabolic syndrome. 　　Key words： leptin;tumor necrosis factoralpha;insulin resistance;metabolic syndrome 　　代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是心血管疾病和糖尿病发病的主要危险因素，这些疾病正日益威胁着人类生命健康，不同地区代谢综合征的患病情况及影响因素存在很大差异。有研究表明，我国60岁～人群代谢综合征患病率达20%〔1〕。目前代谢综合征的发病机制尚不完全清楚，脂肪分泌多种脂肪激素可能参与其中。本研究旨在探讨脂肪细胞因子瘦素(leptin)及肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factoralpha,TNFα)在代谢综合征发病机制中的作用，为代谢综合征的防治提供科学依据。 　　1 对象与方法 　　11 对象 采用整群
