摘要 当今科学技术日新月异、突飞猛进，为化工厂生产的迅猛发展、生产规模扩大带来革命性的改变，但为我们的生活带来巨大改变的同时，化工生产也临严重的安全问题。化工生产过程中从原料到中间体再到成品，不安全因素很多，事故的多发性和严重性是化学工业独有的普遍安全问题，因此对化工企业进行安全评价研究成为必要。 本文在对菱镁化工企业作出大量调研的基础上，分析出该企业潜在的危险有害因素主要包括火灾、电气伤害、雷电伤害、机械伤害、高处坠落、物体打击、灼烫、车辆伤害、腐蚀等；针对危险存在情况和危险特性选择适用于该企业的系统安全分析方法，并采用危险性与操作性研究、安全检查表、生产作业条件危险性评价三种评价方法对该企业安全现状进行了评价；最后，针对评价结果提出了安全技术防范方法和控制措施。 关键词：工业浓硫酸 硫酸镁 危险有害因素 危险性评价 Abstract Science technique changes each passing day, advances by leaps and bounds nowadays，which brings a revolution change for fast fierce develop and production scale extension of chemical engineering factory, but while bringing a huge change for our life, the chemical engineering production also faces serious of safe problem. In the chemical engineering production line from the raw material to the center and to the finished product again, there are a lot of insecurity factors . more and seriousness troubles is the widespreadlysafe problems that the chemical industry possesses singly, therefore the research evaluation become a necessity to the chemical engineering enterprise security.This text take to research Ling Mei chemical engineering business enterprise for example, hoping to provide reference value for the same kind enterprise.
