400kg/釜乳化反应器的设计 摘 要 防晒化妆品具有吸收紫外线、减轻因日晒引起的皮肤损伤的功能。近几年发展很快，并风靡欧美，在我国也是一样。因此可以用于生产防晒乳的反应器也迅速崛起，成为精细化工行业中最具活力的新兴领域之一。 本设计是一个可以生产400kg/釜防晒乳的工艺设计。在这个设计的基础上加以改造可以生产雪花膏、乳液、唇膏之类的化妆品。主要对防晒乳生产的各个环节设计，防晒乳生产过程。本设计重点对反应器的设计及选取加以说明。间歇反应器是该工艺中重要的生产设备，它的好坏直接关系到产品的质量所以本文对间歇反应器的设计。间歇反应器的选型、尺寸、材料、热量衡算、传动装置、搅拌功率、电机效率、温控计算等。经过计算得出:容积0.465m3，筒体内径790mm，高度950mm。釜体选取椭圆形底、盖可拆盖型。在本工艺中全部加工过程由自动生产线完成，整个生产车间为封闭式消毒除尘设计。 关键词反应器、工艺设计、400kg / kettle emulsion reactor design Abstract Cosmetics with sunscreen absorb ultraviolet liglt, reduce skin damage caused by the suns features. They have been developed rapidly in recent years, and are popular in Europe, in China as well. It can be used to produce sunscreen reactor is rapidly emerging as one of the most dynamic emerging field in the fine chemical industry. The design is to produce a 400kg / kettle sunscreen process design. Based on this design, with some promotions, cream, lotion, lipstick and other cosmetics can be produced. This paper mainly designs all aspects of this process and production equipment, for example ,it designs sunscreen production process .The key point of the design is to illustrate the design and selection of reaction equipment. Batch reactor is the important in the process of production equipment, and it directly reflects to the quality of the products. Therefore, batch reactor design in this paper was focused narrative. Such as batch reactor sorts, sizes, material, heat balance, gear, mixing power, motor efficiency temperature calculation and so on. After the calculation: its volume is 0.465m3, cylinder diameter is 790mm, and the height is 950mm. We select the oval at the end of the body kettle, and a removable cover type. In this process all the processings have been done by the automatic production line, the entire production plant is the disinfection of dust enclosed design.
