摘 要 随着炼铁其他相关行业的发展，焦炭的需求量也越来越大。。本设计武汉某地某焦化公司拟新建一组年产量为70万吨干全焦的焦炉的工艺设计。根据实际情况，在国家产业政策规定范围内，选取一组2×52孔4.3m JN43型焦炉。这种焦炉为双联火道、废气循环、焦炉煤气下喷、高炉煤气侧入式焦炉。工艺计算合理选择了炉间台和炉端台尺寸，并对各层空间的利用进行了分布布置 关键词： 煤炭； 炼焦； 焦炉； 焦炭 Abstract With the ron-making and other relative industries development, the coke demand is growing and the coking plant is constructed by leaps and bounds. Thus, Coking Workshop design is of great significance. First, according to the nature of coal in China, the coal blending ratio was selected and coal preparation technology was also designed. The focus of this design was to develop a whole process of coking for a coking plant with an annual output of 700,000 tons of dry coke in Wuhan. Based on feasibility studies and the national industrial policy, and according to the calculation of coke chamber size, a group of 2 × 52 holes and 4.3m coke oven was devised in this design. This Coke Oven has double-fire, the exhaust cycle, coke oven gas under spraying, blast furnace gas blows-into aside. The Material balance, heat balance, regenerator, hydraulic pressure and the height of the chimney were calculated for the coke oven.The regenerator height was 2.16 m, the chimney height was 80 m. In addition, the size of the platform between and on the top of the furnace was properly selected, and floor space distribution and usage was arranged. The Coke Oven equipments and ancillary equipments were selected; the main technical operations and production control techniques were described and cycle pushing Coke chart was developed; Some ancillary production facilities were introduced in the end.
