GC-MS/SIM法同时分析卷烟中 挥发和半挥发性有机酸 郭 磊 （南昌卷烟总厂技术中心，南昌330069） 【摘要】采用加速溶剂萃取，以二氯甲烷-乙腈（1:2，V/V）的混合溶液为萃取溶剂，N,O-双（三甲基硅基）三氟乙酰胺硅烷化，反-2-己烯酸和肉桂酸为内标， GC-MS/SIM法同时测定了烟叶中的甲酸、乙酸、乳酸、苯甲酸、十六酸、十八酸等26种挥发、半挥发性有机酸。方法的回收率为81.1%～106.4%，相对标准偏差为1.73%～7.08%，检测限在0.1μg/g～13.72 μg/g之间。以该方法对部分烟叶样品中挥发性、半挥发性有机酸进行了定量分析。 【关键词】气相色谱-质谱/选择离子；加速溶剂萃取；烟叶；有机酸 The Simultaneous Determination of Volatile and Semi-volatile Organic Acids in Tobacco by Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry/SIM GuoLei Technology Center of Nanchang Cigarette General Factory,Nanchang 330069 Abstract The volatile and semi-volatile organic acids in cigarettes were extracted with a dichloromethane-acetonitrile (1:2, v/v) solvent mixture by accelerated solvent extraction, then derived with N,O-Bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide. The method for simultaneous determination of 26 organic acids including of formic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, benzoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, octadecanoic acid et al. by GC/MS/SIM was developped, using trans-2-hexenoic acid and cinnamic acid as double internal standards. The recoveries ranged from 81.1% to 106.4% with RSDs of 1.73%～7.08%. The limits of detection ranged from 0.1μg/g to 13.72μg/g. The contents of organic acids in 15 brands of domestic and foreign cigarettes were determined and compared respectively.
