Although small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) to drive economic growth, optimizing industrial structure plays an important role, but there is a difficulty in getting loans, corporate financing guarantee for a long time and so on a series of problems, supply chain financing as a new type of business of commercial Banks, it is important significance to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing. In frequent with the accelerating process of globalization and international trade growth of today, the competition of international trade market competition between gradually by a single customer is converted into the competition between enterprise supply chain, foreign commercial Banks in order to fit the market development needs, its supply chain financing service and rapid development. This paper introduces the supply chain financing of commercial Banks, pointed out the current situation of and problems at home and abroad, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, hope for commercial Banks to provide certain reference of supply chain financing problems.
