The sence and significance are to provide the policyholder/insured with diplex safeguard, in order to confirm that the loss of the policyholders would be well compensated. On the other hand, the policyholders would not benefit from the insurance-amends excessively. The juristic theories of Subrogation system are principle of indemnityyand the principlen of law of the fair justicein Folkslaw as well. With the development of insurance-vocations, subrogation system would reveal its fundamentality increasingly in the insurance-vocations. Nevertheless, the scholars held great dissensions in the insurance theory, and they argued with each other for the concept, the hypostasis. the rights, the wise to obtain, the use of rights to function, nominal of Subrogation system, the time limited of the litigations and the use of the limited range as well. And also the practical operations of insurance request a better development in the area of Subrogation system exigently.
