I. Aims and Requirements:
In this chapter, students are required to grasp as follows:
Know principles and ways of establishing a business relationship.
Learn how to make credit enquiries, invite customers to attend fairs and establish business relations with new customers
Grasp some words, expressions and typical sentences on this topic.
Practice writing letters for establishing relations.
II. Introduction
To establish relationship with the customer is the most important effort. It’s a beginning of your successful business. Most common ways of establishing business relationship are as follows: Internet advertising, searching online, post your products with detailed information on B2B database website, such as , . Commodity Trade Fairs, exhibition, business team visit. You may also contact with the customers through banks, embassy, counselor, foreign branches to know some basic information including credit status and business situation.
III. Teaching tasks
