人工流产术规范化管理常遇问题及应对措施分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.19 　　摘 要 目的：探讨人工流产术规范化管理的常遇问题以及应对措施。方法：2011年5月-2012年5月收治人工流产术患者40例，对所有患者均实施规范化管理，分析规范化管理工作中的常遇问题，并提出应对措施，以有效规避规范化管理工作风险。结果：人工流产术规范化管理的常遇问题主要包括环境问题、隐私问题、沟通问题及技术问题，因此应进一步加强此类问题的管理，即完善管理制度、改善操作环境、增强服务意识及提高操作技术。结论：在人工流产术管理工作中应该全面分析问题产生的原因，并将应对措施付诸实践，以保证管理工作的规范化，保证患者的生命安全。 　　关键词 人工流产术 规范化管理 常遇问题 应对措施 　　Analysis of often encounter problems and counter measures of the standardized management of artificial abortion 　　Li Ziqiong 　　Population and family planning service center in Xiaobaihu Town Luliang County，Yunnan Province，655600 　　Abstract Objective：To discuss often encounter problems and counter measures of the standardized management of artificial abortion.Methods： 40 cases of patients with artificial abortion admitted from May 2011 to May 2012.All the patients were given standardized management，to analyze encounter problems in the standardization management，and put forward counter measures，in order to effectively circumvent the risk of standardized management.Results：The often encounter problems of the standardized management of artificial abortion mainly includes environmental problems，privacy problems，communication problems and technical problems，therefore the management should be further strengthened，such as perfecting the management system，improving the operating environment，enhancing service awareness and improving the operation technology.Conclusion：It should comprehensive analyze the cause of problems in artificial abortion management work，and take measures to put into practice，in order to ensure the standardization of the management，and ensure the life safety of patients. 　　Key words Artificial abortion；Standardized management；Often encounter problems；Counter measures 　　人工流产手术属破坏性较强的手术，旨在为避孕失败者提供补救措施，而对于手术者而言，对其自身可造成巨大损伤，特别是高危人工流产术，一旦管理工作不到位，极易产生危险因素，对患者造成更大危害[1]。因此，对于人工流产术的管理工作应改善其规范化程度，保证手术的安全性，减少或避免手术隐患，从而保证患者的健康安全。本研究就人工流产术规范化管理的常遇问题进行分析，并探讨相应的解决措施，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　2011年5月-2012年5月收治人
