优质护理服务在慢性阻塞性肺病患者中的临床护理效果分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.99 　　摘 要 目的：探讨优质服务在慢性阻塞性肺病患者当中运用的临床效果。方法：2010年5月-2014年3月收治慢性阻塞性肺病患者64例，按照患者就诊的先后顺序随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组各32例，对优质护理组使用优质的慢性阻塞性肺病护理服务，对常规护理组使用慢性阻塞性肺病的常规护理服务，对两组住院时间、疾病的控制情况以及患者的护理服务满意度等方面进行结果对比分析。结果：两组病情均得到了有效的控制，但常规护理组平均住院时间10.5天，要多于优质护理组的平均住院时间9.0天，在常规护理组当中，有2例患者对护理服务存在不满经过有效沟通之后得到了解决，服务满意度93.75%，而优质护理组当中，无一例患者出现不满意，服务满意度100%，两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。讨论：对慢性阻塞性肺病的患者使用优质护理服务不仅可以更好地加强医护之间的合作关系，减少医护与患者之间矛盾的发生，从而有效地提高护理服务质量，同时还能够减少患者的住院时间，提高患者的治愈率，节约患者的医疗成本，减轻患者及其家庭的医疗经济负担，因此优质护理服务是值得临床上推广使用。 　　关键词 优质护理服务 效果 临床护理 慢性阻塞性肺病 　　Analysis of the clinical effect of quality nursing care on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 　　Cao Shufen 　　Xintun Center Hospital of Heqing County，Dali State，Yunnan 671502 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of quality nursing care on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：64 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from May 2010 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the high quality nursing group according to the order of treatment，32 cases in each group.The high quality nursing group recieved high quality of nursing service of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Routine nursing service were given for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the routine nursing group.Then comparatively analyze the hospitalization time，the condition of disease control and patient satisfaction on nursing service and other aspects of two groups.Results：All the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in two groups has been controlled effectively，but the average hospital stay in the routine nursing group was 10.5 days more than that in the high quality nursing group of 9 days.In the routine nursing group，2 cases were dissatisfied with the nursing service，which had been resolved after effective communication，and the service satisfaction in the routine nursing gr
