传统手术与微创手术治疗小儿疝气的效果比较 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.32 　　摘 要 目的：对传统手术方法与微创手术方法治疗小儿疝气的临床效果进行观察对比。方法：2011年8月-2013年8月收治疝气患儿120例，随机分成对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组采取传统手术方法进行治疗，治疗组则采取微创手术方法进行治疗。对两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及自由活动时间等方面进行对比。结果：治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及自由活动时间均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组并发症发生率43.33%，治疗组发生率18.33%，两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采取微创手术治疗小儿疝气具有安全性高、手术时间短、并发症发生率低等优势，能够在较短时间内改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广使用。 　　关键词 传统手术 微创手术 小儿疝气 治疗效果 　　Comparison of the effect of the traditional operation and minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia 　　Wang Baolie 　　The Peoples Hospital of Qufu City，Shandong 273100 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of the traditional operation and minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia.Methods：120 children cases with colic were selected from August 2011 to August 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 60 cases in each.The control group were treated with traditional operation method.The treatment group were treated with minimally invasive operation.We compared the intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time，hospitalization time，complications and free play time of the two groups.Results：In the treatment group， the intraoperative bleeding volume，operation time，hospitalization time，complications and free play time were all better than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.In the control group，the complication rate was 43.33%.In the treatment group，the incidence was 18.33%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Taking the minimally invasive operation in the treatment of infantile hernia has many advantages，such as high safety，short operation time，low complication rate and so on.It can improve the life quality of patients in a relatively short period of time，and it is worthy of clinical use. 　　Key words Traditional operation；Minimally invasive operation；Infantile hernia；Effect of trea
