健康教育在乡镇卫生院高血压综合防治中的作用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.107 　　摘 要 目的：探讨健康教育在乡镇卫生院高血压综合防治中的作用。方法：2013年2月-7月收治高血压患者85例，对其进行健康教育，比较健康教育前后患者血压控制情况和行为习惯变化情况。结果：通过6个月的健康教育，患者的血压由宣教前的（148.94±10.59）/（95.15±9.33）mmHg降至宣教后的（135.57±10.92）/（86.23±8.40）mmHg，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；行为习惯（低盐饮食、低脂饮食、戒烟限酒、适量运动、坚持用药和定期测血压）亦有显著改善（P0.01）。结论：乡镇卫生院开展高血压健康教育活动有助于农村患者血压的控制和良好行为习惯的养成，值得在基层医院推广应用。 　　关键词 高血压 防治 健康教育 乡镇卫生院 　　Function of health education for the integrated control of hypertension in the township hospitals 　　Li Min 　　Department of Public Health，the Institute of Health of Tianxing Village，Hongshan District，Wuhan City，Hubei 430082 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.1 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the function of health education for the integrated control of hypertension in the township hospitals.Methods：85 patients with hypertension were selected from 2013 February to July，we took health education for them，and we compared the blood pressure control and behavior change situation of the patients before and after the health education.Results：After the health education for 6 months，the patients blood pressure by the mission before（148.94±10.59）/（95.15±9.33）mmHg to（135.57±10.92mission after）/（86.23±8.40）mmHg，the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）；behavior（low salt diet，low fat diet，quit alcohol limit，moderate exercise，adhere to medication and regular blood pressure measurement） are improved significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion：We take the hypertension health education for the patients with hypertension in the township hospitals can help the control of blood pressure and the habits of good behavior，so it is worth to be popularized in basic level hospital. 　　Key words Hypertension；Prevention and cure；Health Education；The township health centers 　　高血压病是多种心脑血管疾病的重要诱因之一，在我国农村地区呈现“三高”（患病率高、致残率高、死亡率高）和“三低”（知晓率低、控制率低、治疗率低）的特点，已成为一个突出的公共卫生问题。健康教育活动能减轻或消除高血压危险因素，提高居民自我保健意识，改变不合理的膳食结构和不良生活方式，对于预防新发高血压及改善现有高血压人群生活质量具有重要的意义[1]。乡镇卫生院作为农村高血压防治的基层医疗机构，具有得天独厚的优势，2013年2月我院对辖
