厄贝沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨厄贝沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。 方法 选择慢性肾小球肾炎患者80例，随机分为两组，各40例，对照组口服厄贝沙坦，观察组在对照组的基础上给予黄葵胶囊，治疗8周后，留取患者晨起中段尿送检尿常规，进行24 h尿蛋白定量检测，并抽取空腹静脉血行肾功能检查，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组治疗后的尿蛋白阳性、红细胞阳性及白细胞阳性发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的尿素氮和肌酐水平显著低于对照组，24 h尿蛋白定量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 黄葵胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎能有效减少患者尿蛋白，延缓患者肾功能损伤，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 厄贝沙坦；黄葵胶囊；慢性肾小球肾炎 　　[中图分类号] R692.3+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（b）-0085-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with Huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups，each group of 40 cases，irbesartan was used in control group，Huangkui capsule was used in observation group on the basis of control group，After treatment of eight weeks，early morning midway urine specimen was sent to detect urine routine，24 hours urinary protein quantitative was detected and fasting blood was drawn to check renal function.The effect of two group was compared. Results After treatment，the incidence rate of positive urinary protein，positive red blood cell and positive white blood cell in observation groupn was lower than that in control group respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）.Urea nitrogen and creatinine in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively，with statistical difference（P0.05）.24 hours urinary protein quantitative in observation group was litter than that in control group，with statistical difference（P0.05）.
