大隐静脉曲张手术患者施行临床护理路径的效果评价 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.100 　　摘 要 目的：探讨大隐曲张手术中应用临床护理路径所取得的临床效果。方法：收治大隐静脉曲张患者60例，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，均行手术治疗。对照组在手术过程中对其行常规护理，观察组在手术过程中应用临床护理路径对其进行护理，观察两组临床护理效果及护理满意率。结果：观察组深静脉血栓发生率6.7%，对照组静脉血栓的发生率33.3%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组护理满意率96.7%，对照组护理满意率73.3%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在大隐静脉曲张手术中应用临床护理路径对其进行护理，可取得较理想临床效果，可降低手术过程中深静脉曲张等并发症的发生率，减轻患者痛苦，提高手术治疗有效率，并且能够使患者满意率得到有效提高，降低医疗纠纷发生率，可在临床上进行广泛应用。 　　关键词 大隐静脉曲张手术 临床护理路径 临床效果 　　Effect evaluation of clinical nursing path in patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein with the operation 　　MuFei 　　Department of General Surgery，Shajing Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City Guangdong 518104 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein with the operation.Methods：60 cases with varicosis of great saphenous vein were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.They were treated with operation.The control group received routine nursing during the operation.The observation group received clinical nursing pathway in operation process.We observed the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups.Results：In the observation group，the incidence of deep venous thrombosis was 6.7%.In the control group，the incidence of deep venous thrombosis was 33.3%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.In the observation group，nursing satisfaction rate of patients was 96.7%.In control group，nursing satisfaction rate of patients was 73.3%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the operation of varicose great saphenous vein，the application of clinical nursing path can obtain better clinical effect，reduce the incidence of deep vein and other complications during the operation，reduce the suffering of patients，improve the operation treatment efficiency，improve patient satisfaction rate，and reduce the incidenc
