改良Bosworth法修复急性跟腱断裂手术疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.46 　　摘 要 目的：探讨改良Bosworth法修复急性跟腱断裂的临床效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年1月收治急性跟腱断裂患者60例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。30例采用传统手术方法治疗作为对照组，30例采用改良Bosworth法治疗作为观察组，对两组治疗的效果进行比较。结果：两组患者均获得12个月的随访，平均22个月；对照组的优良率73.3%，观察组的优良率100%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的跟腱再断裂和术后粘连的发生率也明显低于对照组（P0.05），患者的整体满意率高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：改良Bosworth法修复急性跟腱断裂结合术后的康复功能锻炼，不仅可有效促进功能的恢复，还可减少再断裂和术后粘连的发生，提高治疗满意率，值得临床推广。 　　关键词 跟腱 跟腱断裂 传统手术 改良Bosworth法 　　Curative effect observation of improved Bosworth method in the treatment of acute rupture of achilles tendon 　　Li Bing，Li Run，You Weijun，Wang Qiang 　　The Peoples Hospital of Xuwen County，Zhanjiang City，Guangdong 524100 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the curative effect of improved Bosworth method in the treatment of acute rupture of achilles tendon.Methods：60 patients with acute achilles tendon rupture from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.30 cases were treated with traditional operation method as the control group，while 30 cases were treated by modified Bosworth method as the observation group.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results：The two groups of patients were followed up for more than 12 months，and the average was 22 months.In the control group，the excellent and good rate was 73.3%；in the observation group，the excellent and good rate was 100%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.In the observation group，the incidence of achilles tendon re-rupture and postoperative adhesion was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.The overall satisfaction rate of patients was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of improved Bosworth method in the treatment of acute rupture of achilles tendon combined with rehabilitation training after operation，not only can effectively promote the functional recovery，but also can reduce the occurrence of fracture and postoperative adhe
