改良矢状入路Pena手术治疗小儿先天性中低位无肛畸形疗效分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.36 　　摘 要 目的：探讨小儿先天性中低位无肛畸形改良矢状入路Pena手术的治疗效果。方法：2011年10月-2013年10月收治先天性中低位无肛畸形患儿76例，根据随机数字表的方式分成治疗组和对照组，每组38例。治疗组行改良矢状入路Pena手术，对照组实施传统Pena手术，对两组的痊愈率以及并发症发生率进行观察与对比。结果：通过相应治疗，治疗组痊愈率100%（38/38），高于对照组89.5%（34/38），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组并发症发生率15.8%（6/38），低于对照组42.1%（16/38），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于先天性中低位无肛畸形患儿来说，运用矢状入路Pena手术进行治疗可起到显著的效果，创伤小，手术视野开阔，可以使患儿消化道器官功能较大限度恢复，值得推广。 　　关键词 小儿 先天性中低位无肛畸形 改良矢状入路Pena手术 传统Pena手术 　　Analysis of operation effect of improved sagittal approach Pena operation in children with congenital low anorectal malformation 　　Dao Yongxiang，Liu Jianhua 　　The peoples Hospital of Puer City，Yunnan 665000 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the operation effect of improved sagittal approach Pena operation in children with congenital low anorectal malformation.Methods：76 cases with congenital low anorectal malformation were selected from October 2011 to October 2013.According to random number table，they were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 38 cases in each.The treatment group taken sagittal approach Pena operation.The control group received traditional Pena operation.Then observe and compare the cure rate and incidence of complications of two groups.Results：Through the appropriate treatment，the cure rate of the treatment group was 100%（38/38），and that of the control group was 89.5%（34/38）.The difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The complications rate of the treatment group was 15.8%（6/38），and that of the control group was 42.1%（16/38）.The difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：For children with congenital low anorectal malformation，sagittal approach Pena operation treatment had a significant effect，and small trauma，operation vision.It can maximize the recovery of children digestive organ function.So it is worthy of promotion. 　　Key words Children；Congenital low anorectal malformation；Pena operation；Effect of treatment 　　作为临床儿科
