整体护理对高龄肾癌患者行根治性切除术康复效果的影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：本文就整体护理应用于高龄肾癌患者根治性切除术中的临床效果进行研究。方法：选择本院自2011年1月-2012年12月收治的肾癌患者96例，将其分为观察组和对照组，各48例。均行根治性切除术治疗，观察组患者行整体护理，对照组患者行常规护理，对患者接受护理干预后的临床治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度、以及护理前后疼痛程度及舒适程度的改善情况和生活质量改善程度等指标进行观察和统计。结果：观察组患者接受护理干预后的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者，患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者，患者护理总满意度明显高于对照组患者，患者护理前后疼痛评分及舒适评分的改善情况明显优于对照组患者，患者生活质量改善程度明显优于对照组患者，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：整体护理应用于高龄肾癌患者行根治性切除术治疗中的效果显著，有效改善了患者的生活质量，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 肾癌； 根治性切除术； 整理护理； 生活质量； 临床效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To research and discuss the clinical efficacy of overall nursing applied with elderly patients with radical resection of renal cell carcinoma in this paper. Method： 96 patients with kidney cancer from January 2011 to December 2012 in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group， each group contained 48 cases. Underwent radical resection， the observation group accepted details nursing， while the control group accepted normal nursing. After the patients received nursing intervention on the patients clinical therapeutic effect， postoperative complications occurred， nursing satisfaction. As well as the improvement of nursing before and after the pain degree and the comfort level and quality of life improved degree of indexes such as observation and statistics. Result： Effect of the treatment group after nursing intervention was better than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Patient care in the observation group was significantly higher overall satisfaction of patients. Around patient care and comfort of the observation group pain score improvement was significantly better than that of the control group. Quality improvement of the observation group was better that of the control group.
