早期乳腺癌患者的保乳手术治疗体会 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.21.40 　　摘 要 目的：观察早期乳腺癌患者的保乳手术治疗效果。方法：2011年11月-2013年11月收治早期乳腺癌患者48例，随机分为甲组和乙组。对甲组24例进行根治术，对乙组24例进行保乳手术。观察甲组和乙组的治疗效果。结果：乙组手术时间和住院时间短于甲组，术中出血量少于甲组，治疗满意度高于甲组，复发率和远处转移率均低于甲组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：早期乳腺癌患者的保乳手术治疗效果较好，术中出血较少，治疗快速，且治疗满意度较高，术后复发率和远处转移率较低。 　　关键词 早期乳腺癌 保乳手术 治疗效果 　　Experience of treatment of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage 　　Yang Haizhou 　　The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention，Agricultural Division Fourteen of Hetian City Corps，Xinjiang 848000 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of treatment of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage.Methods：48 cases with early breast cancer were selected from November 2011 to November 2013.They were randomly divided into the group A and group B.24 cases in group A were treated with radical resection.24 cases in group B were treated with breast conserving operation.We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In group B，operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the group A；the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than group A；treatment satisfaction was higher than that of group A；recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate were lower than group A.The differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of breast conserving operation for breast cancer patients in the early stage is better；intraoperative bleeding is less；the treatment is fast；treatment satisfaction is high；the rate of recurrence and distant metastasis after operation are lower. 　　Key words Breast cancer patients in the early stage；Breast conserving operation；The effect of treatment 　　乳腺癌早期阶段称为早期乳腺癌，家族史、乳腺腺体致密、胸部接受过放射线照射、绝经迟、月经初潮早等是该病的高危因素[1]。早期患者可在乳腺处摸到肿块，少数患者伴有双侧或单侧乳腺胀痛。部分患者表现为乳头溢液，乳腺皮肤表面出现小凹陷[2]。2011年11月-2013年11月收治早期乳腺癌患者48例，对其保乳手术的治疗效果进行总结性分析，并将分析结果报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　2011年11月-2013年11月收治早期乳腺癌患者48例，随机分为甲组和乙组。全部患者均为女性。甲组24例，年龄33～56岁，平均（43.56±6.45）岁，15例右乳，9
