企业信息战略分析 内容摘要：随着中国加入WTO，企业在信息化战略方面的呼声越来越高。信息化作为一个时代进步的推动力和标志，它早已突破了计算机科学和技术的范畴，涵盖了企业的各个方面和全部过程。可以说, 更为有效的企业信息战略必须同时满足弥补既往之不足和应对新的企业竞争要求的两方面任务，这就要求我们必须重新审视我国的企业信息战略。企业信息化建设是一个系统工程，企业信息化的对象是“企业”，而不是一个建筑物或是一个产品。同样，在企业信息化建设这样的大工程中，也需要一张描绘企业在“信息化时代”运行的设计蓝图。企业信息战略规划能为企业各级领导和员工描绘出一个未来企业信息化中业务、信息、应用和技术互动的蓝图。在未来，企业信息战略的制定直接影响着企业的未来发展方向。为此，本文在分析了企业信息战略基础上，探讨企业信息战略的实施、制定及影响，从而提升企业对信息战略的信心，提高企业对信息战略的意识。 关键词：信息战略 信息化 企业战略 信息 Analysis of Enterprises Information Strategy Abstract ：With Chinas accession to WTO, enterprises calls for increasing in the information strategy. Information technology has already exceeded the scope of computer science and technology, and covers all aspects of business and the whole process, which as a driving force for progress of the times and logos. It can be said, more effective enterprise information strategy must meet to make up for past deficiencies and meet the new requirements of the two competitive tasks, which requires us to re-examine our strategy for enterprise information. Enterprise information construction is a system engineering, the object of enterprise information is not a building or a product, but Enterprise . Similarly, in the enterprise information construction of such a large project, it also needs a paint business in the information age blueprint for running. In the future, strategic planning of enterprise information can paint a blueprint for business, information, application and technical interactive for business leaders at all levels and employees, and enterprise information development of strategies directly affect the development of enterprises.
