The first period
The analysis of teaching materials(教材分析):
Vocabulary and some important sentence patterns play an important role in learning English . So this class will focus on reviewing the words and phrases of this unit to enlarge the students’ vocabulary , such as native ,base , frequent , command , request , recognize and so on . At the same time ,this class will get the students to recite ten simple sentences .
The analysis of students(学情分析):
Most of our students’ vocabulary is limited , and they are not very interested in English learning . Besides , they are not very willing to recite words and sentences by themselves after class .So we must pay more attention to this and try our best to help them remember more words and expressions.
Teaching goals for the students(教学目标):
To get the students to remember the following words and phrases :
voyage ,native ,apartment ,base ,enrich ,request ,lightning ,block ,elevator ,lift ,
petrol ,gas ,official ,officially ,actually ,actual ,gradual ,gradually ,latter ,late ,lately identity ,identify ,fluent ,fluently ,command ,commander ,expression ,expressive ,recognize ,recognition ,straight ,because of ,come up , communicate with, be based on , at the present time ,become less like , make use of ,such as , the largest number of , believe it or not , neighboring /nearby town, play a part in .
2. To get the students recite the following ten sentences :
(1)Father works hard every day.
(2)The girls stopped to have a rest.
(3) …….
3. To get the students to master the usage of the following words :
native , base , frequent , command , request , recognize
