江西理工大学继续教育学院毕业设计（论文）说明书 专业 工程管理 年级 2013 学习形式 函授 学号 姓名 题 目 浅谈工程项目风险管理 指导老师 职称 职称 摘 要 工程项目风险是指在决策和实施过程中，造成实际结果与预期目标的差异性及其发生的概率。项目风险的差异性包括损失的不确定性和收益的不确定性。这里的工程项目风险是指损失的不确定性。项目管理人员必须充分重视工程项目的风险管理，将其纳入到工程项目管理之中。风险管理，是针对潜在的可能发生的意外损失进行风险识别、分析、评估，并据此采取应对措施和管理方法。而对工程项目进行风险管理是指通过风险识别、风险分析与评估去认识项目的风险，合理地使用各种风险应对策略、管理方法、技术和手段对项目的风险进行有效地控制，减少意外损失和避免不利后果，妥善处理风险事故所造成的不利结果，保证项目按照预定目标完成。 关键词：工程项目风险；风险管理；风险识别；风险评估；风险策略 ABSTRACT Engineering project risk refers to the decision-making and implementation process, the causes of the differences between actual results and expected goal and its occurrence probability. The differences of project risk including the loss of uncertainty and income uncertainty. The engineering project risk refers to the uncertainty of loss. Project managers must pay attention to the risk management of engineering projects, to include it in project management. Risk management, it is against the possibility of accidental loss of the potential risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and accordingly take measures and management methods. For engineering project risk management is to point to through the risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation to realize the risk of the project, the reasonable use of all kinds of risk coping strategies, management methods, techniques and means to effectively control the risk of the project, reduce the accident loss and avoid the adverse consequences, properly handle the risk accident caused by the adverse result, guarantee the project completed in accordance with the intended target.
