摘要 随着食品工业的发展，以及市场需求的变化，近年来我国的粉碎机层出不穷。专用的食品加工粉碎机从无到有、从少到多有了长足的发展。现今市场上有专用加工一种农作物的粉碎机，也有可加工多种农作物的粉碎机。各种各样的粉碎机，从大型的到小型的，名目繁多。粉碎机的工作原理也不一样，有的是用刀片切削的方式进行粉碎，也有的用磨盘进行磨碎。经过我的现场的了解和对市场上各种粉碎机的探究，市场上的粉碎机主要是大型商用粉碎机和超小型粉碎机，没有一种是小型粉碎机。这对需要小型粉碎机的用户来说，没有合适的产品供其选择。在这里我针对这种情况，设计了一款小型红薯粉碎机，非常适合小型加工厂和农村家庭的使用。 该机主要有入料口、机箱和钉齿滚筒及传动部件等组成。以电动机为动力源，动力由电动机输出轴输出，再通过传动带传递到钉齿滚筒上，钉齿滚筒配合机箱的间隙将红薯等食品粉碎，粉状的红薯粒靠自身重力由出料口排出机体外。粉碎机结构的设计要求简易，通用，实用性高等特点。为此，在设计粉碎机结构时，考虑机构的相关配合，来实现粉碎机最高的工作效率及较高的实用价值。 关键词：红薯; 粉碎机；滚筒；设计 Abstract With the development of the food industry, as well as changes in market demand, in recent years, Chinas mill after another.
