However, the rapid development of the real estate market, has brought a series of problems, especially the real estate price has attracted many attentions of the society from all walks of life. In this paper, based on the analysis on the present situation of real estate, real estate problems, are discussed from real estate business model as well as to the real estate resources protection put forward a preliminary opinion. Real estate in the whole national economy system belongs to the fundamental, pioneering industry. The importance of the real estate industry is determined by the importance of real estate. Therefore, the analysis and study of factors affecting real estate prices, will be conducive to our analysis of the real estate market.
