浅析大学生上课隐性缺勤问题及解决对策 —— 以兰州大学榆中校区为例 摘　 为了避免国家教育资源的浪费，提高大学生上课学习的效率，大学生的缺勤问题从上世纪八十年 代就是教育系统、高等院校关注的重点。学生课堂缺勤可以分为显性缺勤和隐性缺勤，大多数研究者 都把研究的重心放在显性缺勤的问题上，提出了解决显性缺勤问题的诸多方案，而现在在大多数高校 中，学生在课堂却不听讲的现象十分普遍，高校中的隐性缺勤问题同样值得关注。所以，本文选择兰 州大学榆中校区为例，来发现兰州大学榆中校区中的大学生隐性缺勤问题，并从学生的心理态度、教 师的教学方式、学校的制度、课程的安排和学校外部因素五个角度分析导致问题所在的原因，在此基 础上，从心理学和管理学两个层面提出解决问题的方案，希望研究能够对解决高校学生隐性缺勤问题 有所帮助。 关键词：大学生，隐性缺勤，兰州大学 I THE STUDY FOR THE RECESSIVE ANSENCE OF THE COLLEGE STUDENTS TAKE LANZHOU UNIVERSITY FOR EXAMPLE Abstract In order to avoid the waste of education resources, and improve the efficiency of college students learning in class, the absence problem of college students has been the focus of research in the 1980 s. Absence can be divided into dominant absence and recessive absence. Most researchers focus on the study of dominant absence, proposing many solutions to solve the problem of dominant absenteeism, and now in most colleges and universities, the phenomenon that people do not listen carefully in class is very common, the recessive absence problem in colleges and universities also deserves attention. So, this article choose YuZhong campus of Lanzhou University as an example, to find the college recessive absence problem in YuZhong campus of Lanzhou University. From the psychological attitude of students, teachers, teaching methods, the school system, curriculum arrangement and school external factors five respects, we analyze the cause of the problem, based on this, and from two aspects: psychology and management to put forward the solution to solve the problem, and we hope that study can help solve the problem of university students recessive absence.
