75%酒精联合地塞米松液预防手术压疮发生的应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨术后及时采用75%酒精联合地塞米松液外敷手术受压部位对预防压疮发生的效果。方法：选择术中受压4～6 h手术患者120例，随机抽取其中60例为观察组，60例为对照组。对照组据受压部位更换体位解压并给予10%硫酸镁湿纱布外敷；观察组则取适量75%酒精及地塞米松混合均匀后浸湿纱布约7～8成湿外敷并轻柔，观察两组患者的效果。结果：观察组压力位置的红色消退时间明显短于对照组（P0.05），观察组压疮发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：术后及时采用75%酒精联合地塞米松液外敷手术受压部位对预防压疮发生的效果显著，有效减少或避免手术压疮的发生。 　　【关键词】 75%酒精联合地塞米松； 外敷； 受压部位； 预防压疮 　　中图分类号 R642 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）28-0070-02 　　The Research of the Application of 75% Alcohol Combined with Dexamethasone in the Prevention of Pressure Ulcer/LI Lian-ying，LI Hao，YU Yun-yan，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（28）：70-71 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the time after operation with 75% alcohol combined with dexamethasone solution external application surgery to prevent the compression part of pressure ulcer.Method：120 surgical patients pressured for 4-6 h during operation were enrolled，the patients in control group（n=60） were replaced the ground position in bed and put gauze applying with 10% magnesium sulfate，the patients in observation group（n=60） were put gauze applying with 75% alcohol and dexamethasone and rubbed softly，the effect of the two groups were observed.Result：The red fade time of pressured position in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P0.05），while the incidence of pressure sore in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Promptly after the operation with 75% alcohol combined with dexamethasone solutionexternalapplication surgery to prevent the compression part of pressure ulcer effect，effectively reduce or avoid the operation the occurrence of pressure ulcers. 　　【Key words】 75% alcohol combined with dexamethasone； External application； Pressure areas； Pressure ulcer 　　First-author’s address：Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital，Wuzhou 543002，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.28.038 　　目前，手术压疮预防已经成为手术室护理人员关注的问题。手术是治疗恶性肿瘤主要方法之一，随着微创手术的开展，手术时间常常超过4 h。由于手术时间及术后麻醉复苏时间的不确定性，术中受压部位护理对预防压疮的发
