卡维地洛、美托洛尔对慢性充血性心力衰竭心功能等指标的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究卡维地洛和美托洛尔分别用于慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的治疗对患者心功能和其他临床指标的改变情况，为今后临床治疗提供参考。 方法 选取2013年1月～2015年3月来到我院就诊并进行治疗的CHF患者共120例进行研究。根据治疗药物的不同将其分为卡维地洛组（n=60）和美托洛尔组（n=60），卡维地洛组患者均采用卡维地洛进行治疗，美托洛尔组均以美托洛尔作为治疗药物。比较两组用药前后的心功能等级、左心射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）以及脑钠尿肽（BNP）等指标的不同。 结果 用药后两组的心功能分级、LVEDd均低于用药前，LVEF高于用药前，卡维地洛组用药后的心功能分级、LVEDd低于美托洛尔组，LVEF高于美托洛尔组，差异有统计学意义（均P0.05）。 结论 在CHF患者的临床治疗中，卡维地洛的临床效果优于美托洛尔，且对心脏功能改善的作用更好，值得在今后临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 卡维地洛；美托洛尔；充血性心力衰竭；心功能 　　[中图分类号] R541.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0151-03 　　Impact of Carvedilol and Metoprolol respectively on heart function index of chronic congestive heart failure 　　HUANG Yue-hua PENG Yun LI Yong-kui 　　Sihui People′s Hospital in Guangdong Province，Sihui 526200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the heart function and other clinical index change situation of Carvedilol and Metoprolol respectively in treating chronic congestive heart failure and to provide reference for clinical in the further. Methods 120 chronic congestive heart failure patients from January 2013 to March 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into Carvedilol group （n=60） and Metoprolol group （n=60） according to different treatment drugs.Patients in Carvedilol group were given Carvedilol and patients in Metoprolol group were given Metoprolol.Cardiac function level，LVEF，LVEDd and BNP in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment，the cardiac function level and LVEDd in two groups were lower than pretreatment，but LVEF higher than pretreatment；the posttreatment cardiac function level and LVEDd in Carvedilol group were lower than Metoprolol group，the LVEF higher than Metoprolol group，and the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic congestive heart failure，the effects of Carvedilol are better than Metoprolol and with better improvement in heart function.It is worth to popularize and application in clinical.
