双endobutton钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折对比 　　[摘要] 目的 通过采用双endobutton钢板或锁骨钩钢板的方法治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折，比较两者治疗效果。方法整群收集2011年7月―2015年5月期间该院骨科收治的NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者117例。按患者使用钢板类型进行分组：采用双endobutton钢板治疗51例作为双endobutton钢板组，锁骨钩钢板治疗66例双作为锁骨钩钢板组。比较两组患者的骨折愈合时间和Constant-Murley评分。结果 所有患者切口均获得I期愈合，未发生切口感染和血肿形成。术后随访时间为10～12个月，双endobutton钢板组骨折愈合时间为10～16周，平均（13.8±1.9）周；锁骨钩钢板组骨折愈合时间为10～17周，平均（14.1±2.1）周；术后Constant-Murley总评分双endobutton钢板组为78～98分，平均（91.4±6.3）分；锁骨钩钢板组为76～99分，平均（89.1±7.5）分。两组患者骨折愈合时间，Constant-Murley总评分和各项定量分数（除疼痛评分外）的差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），双endobutton钢板组的疼痛评分优于锁骨钩钢板组[（9.3±1.7）vs （12.3±1.3），P0.05]。结论 双endobutton钢板治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折临床疗效良好，并发症少，值得推广。 　　[关键词] Endobutton钢板；锁骨钩；锁骨骨折 　　[中图分类号] R687 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（c）-0082-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of double endobutton plate with clavicular hook plate in treatment of Neer type II distal clavicle fracture.Methods Group collected from July 2011 to May 2015 in our hospital orthopaedic hospital were Neer Ⅱ collarbone， 117 patients with distal fractures. Grouped according to patients with steel plate type： 51 cases treated with double endobutton plates as double endobutton plate group， 66 cases of clavicular hook plate treatment double as clavicular hook plate group. Compare two groups of patients with fracture healing time and Constant - Murley score. Results All incisions reached primary healing， and there was no infection or hematoma formation. Postoperative follow-up time was 10～12 months.The mean time of fracture reunion in double endobutton plate group was （13.8±1.9） weeks（10～16 weeks） and that in clavicular hook plate group was （14.1±2.1） weeks（10～17 weeks，P0.05）. The mean postoperative Constant-Murley scores in double endobutton plate and hook plate groups were （91.4±6.3）and（89.1±7.5），respectively（P0.05）. But the pain score in double endobutton plate group was less than that in hook plate group[（9.3±1.7） vs （12.3±1.3），（P0.05）]. Conclusion Compared with claviculer hook plate double endobutton plate has goo
