改良式截石位在妇科腔镜手术体位摆放中的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨改良式截石位在妇科腔镜手术体位摆放中的应用效果。方法 2015年11月―2016年4月在该院方便选择截石位妇科腔镜手术患者100例，分别对患者体位摆放的舒适度和术后出现下肢静脉充盈度、下肢感觉、运动异常等不良情况进行比较，按入院日期分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组采用改良式截石位进行手术；对照组采用传统式截石位进行手术。结果 两组患者在全麻未实施前，清醒状态下对体位均呈舒适状态，观察组和对照组两组的患者体位舒适度差异有统计学意义（P0.05），对照组50例数中有28例患者下肢充盈明显，8例下肢感觉异常，1例下肢运动异常；观察组50例数中有5例患者下肢充盈明显，1例下肢感觉异常。患者术后并发症发生率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 改良式截石位在妇科腔镜手术中能够提高患者手术体位的舒适度，预防和减轻并发症，提高腔镜手术的安全性。 　　[关键词] 改良式截石位；妇科腔镜手术；体位摆放 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（c）-0030-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of modified lithotomy position in bodyposition in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Convenient selection November 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital pick cutting stone， 100 patients with gynecological endoscopy surgery， respectively for position put comfort and postoperative patients with lower limb venous filling degree， lower limb sensory and motor abnormalities such as adverse situation， according to the date of admission can be divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each， observation group adopt improved cut stone surgery； The control group using traditional cut stone surgery. Results Two groups of patients in general anesthesia before implementation， awake to are in comfortable condition， the position observation group and control group two groups of patients postures comfort was statistically significant （P 0.05）， the control group in 50 cases of lower limb in 28 patients with obvious， 8 cases of lower limb paresthesia， 1 case of lower limb movement anomaly； In the observation group of 50 cases of lower limbs in 5 patients with obvious， 1 case of lower extremities abnormal sensation. Patients with postoperative complications significant differences （P 0.05）. Conclusion The modified cut stone patients in gynecological endoscopy surgery can improve the operation position of comfort， prevent and reduce the complications， improve the security of the endoscopy surgery. 　　[Key words] Modi
